Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

 

  • Works with internal and external clients to identify analytical requirements.
  • Writes advanced SQL queries and perform complex data mining techniques to capture appropriate data.
  • Produces reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to satisfy client requirements.
  • Automates business processes with Power Apps and Flows.
  • Documents processes and procedures used to produce reports.
  • Performs business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Interprets results of data analysis to business users.
  • Leads special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members.
  • Liaises with IT team on regarding data governance and requirements of the data warehouse.
  • Participates in an Agile team as a Team Member.

 

 

 

Required / Desired Experience: 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree (Required).
  • 4+ years' work experience in Data Analysis

 

 

Required Skills:

 

 

  • T-SQL (complex queries, joins, unions, creating tables, etc.).
  • Reporting Services & Report Builder.
  • Power BI.
  • DAX.
  • SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS).
  • Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Microsoft Flow.
  • Excel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • R and M a plus.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
