  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of public assistance cost allocation plans within the Health practice area
  • Understand and be an expert in complex state and federal regulations and requirements related to cost allocation
  • Analyze and interpret federal and state law and regulations
  • Provide guidance related to cost allocation for public assistance programs including but not limited to Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Independently manage tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, project management artifacts, and client presentations
  • Plan, monitor, and manage ongoing tasks
  • Contribute to proposal writing teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions
  • Prepare other written reports and materials for clients

 

  • Experience in public assistance cost allocation, state and federal policy knowledge, and expertise in programs including Medicaid, SNAP, Title IV-E, and TANF required
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience, federal or state level position in subject matter preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master's Degree, MPA or Government focused MBA preferred
