Healthcare Program Associate – Provider Enrollment 

 

Summary:
 

The position will review provider enrollment documents, verify information, follow up on missing information, perform data entry, meet production and quality standards, maintain documentation, and assist and educate providers and their representatives about the enrollment process.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience in healthcare field required, or
  • An Associate degree in a related field may be substituted for the two (2) years of experience.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous data entry experience required; data validation experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work assignments in a high-volume production environment
  • Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous office experience in a health care, health insurance, and/or public or non-profit sectors (Preferred)
  • Previous data entry and data validation experience (Preferred)
