Summary:

This position will provide administrative assistance for the Executive Office of the Division of Health Plan Contracting and Oversight, the Bureau of Program Implementation and Enrollment, and the Bureau of Consumer Services.  Duties include: scheduling and managing all logistics for internal and external meetings, webinars, and interviews, including taking notes and sending out final meeting minutes; monitoring DOH News and sending relevant news items to all appropriate staff; serving as a liaison with Division Logistics staff and Division IT staff, monitoring and tracking incoming and outgoing documentation; preparing and drafting routine correspondence/reports and creating/maintaining spreadsheets; monitoring and tracking stakeholder contact lists; general record keeping and filing; appropriately managing confidential materials and projects; answering and triaging phone calls from State agencies and the public and transferring to the appropriate party for handling; and conducting other general office duties as assigned. This position requires excellent organizational skills.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Three years of administrative experience
